This form can only be used by those with an existing Talisman Group Pension Plan. It can be used to add more money to the plan – either by applying a single contribution, increasing regular contributions or transferring another pension.

Important information about this form

• This document allows existing members of the Talisman Group Pension Plan to start or increase their regular payments, apply a single payment or transfer payment from another pension into their plan
• This form asks your client to provide their personal details, information about the payment they’re making and choose their investment
• As their adviser, you’ll need to enter the name of your firm, your name, your FCA reference number and your Royal London agency number
• When you submit the application, attach an illustration showing the terms you want to proceed on
• Depending on your client's circumstances, you may also need to attach a transfer discharge form or letter of authority, a block transfer form, Pension Sharing order, Earmarking Order, Decree Absolute or Decree of Divorce.

If your client is applying a single payment or regular payment to their plan for the first time, they’ll also need to attach valid identification such as a passport, photocard driving license, national identity card, firearms certificate or identity card issued by the electoral office of Northern Ireland.
